At Trendy Candies, we take pride in delivering quality products and outstanding service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — within the guidelines of the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

🔄 1. Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

💥 2. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item is:

  • Damaged during transit

  • Incorrect or not as described

  • Spoiled or defective

You are eligible for a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.

✅ 3. Conditions for Refund/Replacement

To be eligible, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number, photo evidence of the issue, and a brief description.

  • Ensure the item is unopened and in original packaging (where possible).

🚫 4. Exclusions

We cannot refund or replace items if:

  • Products were not stored correctly after delivery (e.g. exposed to heat or humidity).

  • The claim is made after 7 days of delivery.

  • You simply changed your mind or no longer want the product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once approved.
